As an Enforcement Agent, you will be responsible for travelling to various addresses within your local area, or chosen area, to execute Court orders to obtain payments on behalf of our Clients.
- You will be required to establish the financial circumstances of a debtor by capturing key income details, demonstrating effective persuasion and negotiation skills
- Identify all aspects of vulnerability and vulnerable households and to alert creditors where we have identified such debtors
- Request payment to clear the unpaid debts or in the event that you are unable to get the debt paid in full use your strong negotiation skills and strategies to set up a suitable payment plan.
- Once a case has been enforced, you will oversee any payments received and manage receipts and other required documents
- Strong customer service skills and sales skills are essential in this role and you must be confident and able to maintain a level-head when dealing with conflict; carrying yourself with confidence and assertion, whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism when executing warrants

Dukes Bailiffs are looking to recruit Enforcement Agents located in Denbighshire and the surrounding areas.
- Full-time Employed contract, working a 40-hour week
- One of the highest basic salary offered along with a very lucrative commission structure. (OTE £75,000+ per annum).
- Confident communicator - excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated individual - possesses a proactive ‘can do’ attitude
- It is essential that you have a clear understanding and abide by Level 2 Taking Control of Goods National Standards
- You must act within the law at all times, including all legislation and observe all Health and Safety requirements in carrying out enforcement
- You must maintain strict client confidentiality and comply with Data Protection legislation and where appropriate, the Freedom of Information Act
- Comfortable working alone as part of a remote team.
- Level 2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification required.
