Cross Dock Porter

**About The Role**:
Days/hours of work: Tuesday - Friday 0600-1400 & Saturday 0700-1500hrs - total 37.5 hours per week

Rate of pay: £10.42 per hour

Job Purpose:
Responsible for the accurate checking, sorting and loading / unloading of delivery stock on site as well as any other operational duties that may be required whilst on shift. You will also be responsible for general housekeeping in your work area.

On a Saturday the role will be an Admin Role. You will be expected to cover the Admin Role when there is absenteeism during your contracted days/hours of work.

**About You**:
You will work in a tidy and methodical manner and take pride in a high standard of accuracy. You should be flexible to suit the needs of the business and approach all new tasks with a positive attitude. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will have intermediate Numeracy and Literacy. You will need to be physically capable of standing for long periods, as well as bending and lifting.
