Material Handler

Momentum Recruitment are recruiting for a Material Handler to join a fast-paced state of the art production environment in Uttoxeter.

**This is an immediate start for a Material Handler, ideally starting Wednesday 20th March **

**Key Duties of a Material Handler**:

- Identifying products from the stock area and transporting it to the line area.
- Complying with health and safety regulations
- Working in a fast-paced environment

**Person Specification of a Material Handler**:

- Previous experience working as a Material Handler desired but not essential
- Good English speaking and reading.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced moving environment.
- Needs to have a driving licence, and access to their own car due to location of the job.

**Material Handler Shift Times**:

- Days
- Monday to Thursday 8am-4:45pm, Friday 8am-12:30pm

This shift pattern may change to rotating shifts at a later date

Material Handler Pay Rates: Days £12.75ph

Pay rates will increase from April 2024

**Prior to commencing employment, it is mandatory to undergo a drug screening as per company policy at our office based in the centre of Derby. This requirement is in place to ensure a safe and secure working environment for all employees.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £12.75 per hour
