Our client is a specialist maintenance provider offering a single contractor approach for all your maintenance and compliance needs.
They provide a unique offer within the sector, showing a commitment to the environment they work in and their customers. They employ limited sub-contractors, and instead directly employing around 200+ staff on a full-time basis.
Due to a busy work load, they are now looking for a Schedular to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Job description
As a Scheduler you’ll take a proactive approach to achieve maximum productivity of operatives across multiple workstreams by managing appointments and responding to emergencies, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
Your Hands on approach and can-do attitude will help the service run smoothly and will make for a happy customer.
- Scheduler facilitates the day-to-day bookings of work loads
- You will be the first point of contact between tenants and operatives.
- You will perform many administrative and logístical duties.
