**Job Type**:Part-time (24 Hours Per Week)

The role includes three shifts each week, 9am - 5pm Monday to Wednesday. You will also be required to work one in four Saturdays 12pm - 6pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors, provide assistance and answer enquires.
- Maintain accurate records, update member information and process payments.
- Schedule appointments, classes and events and ensure timely updates to the calendar.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the gym facilities.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as required.

- Positive, proactive approach to the role
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Passion for health and wellness
- Ability to work flexible hours on the rare occurrence they are required, including evenings and weekends.
