Our client, a well-established financial planning business, is looking to recruit an Appointment Maker to join their growing team.

You will be responsible for making sure that clients who may be interested in their products and services are able to meet with one of the Advisers/BDMs, then scheduling a time with each client so they can meet one-on-one with someone.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our client's Advisers and BDMs.

Appointment Maker duties (but are not limited to);
*Calling prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you
*Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise
*Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our products and services

To be considered for this Appointment Maker opportunity, you will need the following skills/knowledge;
*Proven work experience as an Appointment Maker or similar role
*Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
*Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
*Excellent phone etiquette
*A professional and courteous disposition
*Excellent knowledge of MS Office
*Knowledge of PipeDrive is beneficial
*Persuasive and results-oriented
