Administrator to join our highly motivated management team, based in our Batley Office.

As an SSAIB, BAFE and Constructionline accredited company, we are continuing to grow at an impressive rate due to our excellent reputation and trusted expertise in our field. Some of the services we offer include fire alarms, emergency lighting, sprinkler/watermist systems,
CCTV and intruder alarms.

You will be part of a team who understand the importance of working together to ensure a high standard of work is delivered. You will be given support and resources to carry out your role efficiently and effectively.

**The Role**:

- To coordinate and oversee all obligations and the implementation of a national UK client and delivering against contracted targets
- Advising management and supervising the implementation of a specific contract for optimal efficiency
- Procurement of relevant plant and materials and sub-contractor packages ensuring best value
- Managing and forecasting project spend using Big Change CRM and Excel spreadsheets to ensure that the work is delivered within budget
- Analysis of labour resource requirements for the project and placement and control of labour and associated costs
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Ensuring that Risk Assessments and Method Statements are prepared and shared with client
- Monitoring of Health & Safety issues in respect of on-site and off-site staff
- Preparation of work in progress reports for submission to the Directors
- Liaising closely with other professionals, other contractors and sub-contractors, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships
- Attending a range of project and management meetings
- Evaluating client needs and responding to them
