Job Title: Freelance/Self-Employed Hair Extensionist

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a qualified and skilled Hair Extensionist to join our salon as a freelance/self-employed professional. As a Hair Extensionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair extension services to our clients and building your own clientele within our salon.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients to determine their desired hair length, volume, and style.
- Assess the client's natural hair and scalp condition to ensure the suitability for hair extensions.
- Blend and style the hair extensions to match the client's natural hair texture and color.
- Educate clients on hair extension maintenance, including proper washing, brushing, and styling techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Manage your own schedule, including client appointments and follow-ups, to ensure a smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hair Extensionist with expertise in various hair extension methods.
- Demonstrated ability to create natural-looking and long-lasting hair extensions.
- Possess a strong understanding of different hair types, textures, and colors.
- Excellent knowledge of hair care products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients and build lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and disciplined to work as a freelance/self-employed professional.
- Able to showcase a portfolio of your previous hair extension work.
- Existing clientele is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Hold the appropriate certification and training in hair extensions.
