Freelance Project Manager / Production Manager #lux #brands needed ASAP. MW or Snr level. Flexi remote.
My client is looking for a freelance MW or SNR PM / Production Controller to start asap on a rolling monthly basis
They will be producing assets for briefs internally through our copy and design team, plus managing approvals. Predominately digital experience but basic print knowledge a bonus.

**Role summary**:
You will be managing work flow for a busy Brand Content team. The position requires meticulous organization, administrative talent, and strong inter-personal skills to provide exceptional service to the brand partners and departments who rely upon the Productionteam for project realization.
**Role responsibilities**:
- Support the preparation of briefs for the Production department. Ensure that briefs are well presented, complete and clear so that project may be executed faithfully, creatively, on time and on budget.
- Work with the Senior Production Manager to ensure that the department is able to deliver assigned briefs on time and flag any issues that would prevent the successful execution of a project.
- Produce and maintain project plans to track the status of projects, and insure these are well communicated to all stakeholders, team members and freelancers.
- Lead project status and resource meetings.
- Problem solve with key stakeholders in order to deliver projects to the satisfaction of project owner and Chief Brand Officer.
- Check all briefs have been picked up and allocated to relevant production team members.
- Brief in suppliers, generating comparative quotes, organising costs and generating budgets if needed
- Identify any efficiency and process changes that can be improved in existing workflows which touch the Brand Creative team from the wider business
- Support with print production priorities and holiday cover as required
**Essential and Desirable Skills and Experience**:
- Able to multi-task and prioritize workload to cope with the demands of a fast-paced and reactive business
- Strong communication skills are a MUST, as is a service-oriented and solutions-driven attitude.
- A passion for creative, fashion, luxury and image making.
- An initiative-taker who is able to find ways to accomplish tasks efficiently, creatively and with a positive attitude, no matter how challenging or mundane the task.
- Confidence in liaising with people at all levels.
- Excellent attendance and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and agile; someone who is flexible and unflappable.
- Diligent, self-motivated and able to follow through and report on assignments.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
- Relevant experience in marketing or production from an advertising, agency or creative environment for the web, retail, fashion or luxury industry.
200 to 280 per day DOE.
