Nestled within 15 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds, our centre features a diverse range of amenities including a covered shop, food hall, four-acre plant area, children’s play areas, petrol station, and coffee shop.

**Position: Plant Area Team Member**

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise your specialist plant knowledge and experience to assist customers in making informed purchases.
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering guidance, advice, and recommendations on plant selection, care, and maintenance.
- Maintain the appearance, standards and safety of the plant area to ensure a visually appealing and accessible shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the garden centre.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new plant varieties, and gardening techniques to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for plants and gardening, with a strong desire to share knowledge and expertise with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Prior experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
