Sales Advisor

Electrical Wholesale and lighting showroom Sales Advisor.

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time **Sales Assistant** for our Electrical Wholesaler and Lighting Show Room. You will provide excellent sales and customer service in-store and by phone, order goods and negotiate with suppliers, pick up customer orders and be responsible for managing goods in and out of the store. You’ll build relationships with customers, prepare merchandising displays while keeping the shop tidy and offer expert advice on products. This job involves working at height and manual handling.

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude and the energy to accomplish things. Someone hungry to learn new things, keen to make something of their career, and enjoys going above and beyond to make a customer’s day.

Electrical wholesales experience would be beneficial but not essential training will be given
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
A charismatic approach
Ability to learn a wide range of products and services
Ability to cross-sell products and services to meet the customer’s needs.

Purchase ordering and supplier negotiation

Goods in / out responsibilities

The Shop opening hours are 7:00-17:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00 to 16:00 on Saturday - there will be work on Saturday and bank holidays on a rota bases.
