**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting the class teacher on a daily basis with what tasks they require you to undertake
- Build a positive and supportive relationship with all students, colleagues and parents
- Use your initiative and uphold strong behaviour management
- Supporting groups of students and working on a one-to-one basis
- Adapting your support style to suit all individual needs

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria:

- Strong English and Maths Skills
- Previous experience of volunteering or working with Children/Young Adults in the past 5 years
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Two suitable references covering the last 2 years
