Immediate Response Recruitment are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator for their client in Birmingham. The HR Administrator will report directly into Head of HR, to provide the day-to-day support to the department.
The main duties of a HR Administrator are:

- First point of contact for all HR related queries
- Provide administration support to the HR Department
- Put together offer letters, contracts of employment, and promotion material
- Request employee references
- Keep all files updated, starters and leavers etc
- Manage time and attendance spreadsheet
- Guide and support all departments with employee relations queries, especially absence management, Internal and external training documents
- Ensure the department and wider business are compliant with GDPR processes
- Updating internal HR policies
- Support with audits
- Take part in company inductions
- Minute take during internal meetings
Details:
**Salary**: £22,000.00
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 9 to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Ideally you will either have CIPD or working towards qualified HR professional or have HR experience. However, those from an office administration background will be considered
- Be IT competent
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication
