Bartender

Loft 24 is the latest culinary sensation to join the high street in Westhoughton. With our fusion tapas style dishes coupled with our unique cocktail range we offer something different than your traditional restauran.

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent time management skills and a strong knowledge of bartending techniques.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in restocking inventory and replenishing supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and garnishing beverages
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills, handling cash, and making change accurately
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in alcohol service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
