**About The Role**

**Contract Type**: Full Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday

**Working Pattern**: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:30pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm.

**Salary**: £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Admissions, the Admissions Officer will bring experience, knowledge, and initiative, whilst taking responsibility for all aspects of support to the schools and Central Support team, guaranteeing the smooth running of Admissions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Leading the day-to-day operations of each school’s pupil recruitment strategy, maximising new pupil conversions, and increasing existing pupil retention at all entry levels.
- Ensuring all schools deliver an exceptional customer journey.
- Acting as a key brand ambassador for the schools, understanding the local market, the school’s value proposition, and appreciating the needs of parents and pupils.
- Delivering regular training to the schools to ensure a professional delivery of service.

**About You**

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- Experience as a successful Admissions Officer within the education industry.
- Experience within the independent school’s industry is desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills and drive to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database skills.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
