Atelier Lighting is a lighting design consultancy, supplier and bespoke manufacturer for hospitality and high-end residential projects all over the world. Formed in 2018 by three established designers combining over 50-years of experience, the company thrives on delivering only the best service to its clients. **Overview**
The role is based in our specialist workshop working as part of a small, supportive team assembling high-end and bespoke light fittings. Atelier Lighting produce a variety of products for it's own projects, all designed in-house ranging from intricate technical light fittings to giant feature installations.
This will suit a practical minded individual who's happiest in a workshop environment working both as part of a small team and in isolation. As a business we promote responsibility and ownership of tasks whilst understanding the bigger picture of the company and it's goals.
**Fundamental Requirements**
- Computer literate, able to operate Microsoft core software (Outlook, Word, etc)
- Able to reliably commute to the business (nr Amersham)
- Eligible to work in the UK
**Package Benefits**
- Salary: £20,000-25,000 pa, negotiable on experience
- Bonus: the company recognises achievement and operates an annual performance bonus.
- Pension: the company operates an auto-enrolment pension contribution scheme.
- Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (9-17.30 Mon-Fri) with a total 1hr break (lunch & AM/PM breaks).
- Equipment: Branded clothing / PPE (where required).
- Base: Penn Street, Amersham (office and workshop).
- Professional Development: the company is willing to invest in its employee’s development and will support additional training where necessary in addition to periodic performance reviews
