Graduate Content Creator

We are looking for a charismatic go-getter and an individual that has a passion for creating new high-quality, exciting, and engaging content for our social media channels. This role will focus on creating visually appealing and engaging photos, and videos that align with our brand image and help to grow our audience

**Principle duties and accountabilities**
- Creating compelling and visually stunning content for digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, website, and other online channels
- Keeping up with up & coming social media trends and implementing strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares.
- Editing and enhancing visual content to ensure a consistently polished aesthetic
- Ensuring consistent branding across all content, maintaining a cohesive and recognisable visual identity
- Photography, Videography & editing
- Assist with managing the content calendar, scheduling posts across different social media platforms to maximise visibility and engagement. Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Working with office team to capture content for internal events and activities
- Building close relationships with Site team to understand client milestones and build progression to capture for social media

**Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications Required**
- Have at least 1 year of professional experience creating fun, engaging and innovative digital and brand content in a similar role
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences including Facebook, Instagram reels and stories, TikTok, YouTube etc
- Strong photography, short form videography and other digital asset creation
- Highly creative and innovative mindset
- Excellent research and keen interest keep up to date with trends and technology
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive can do attitude
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Preferably comfortable in front of the camera

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Graduate

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
