Night Porter

We are recruiting for a Night Porter to join our great team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, genuine and friendly person to assist in the smooth operation of the hotel during the course of the night.

**As Night Porter your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- To be responsible for guest Porterage, Lounge and Bar Service.
- Knowledge and provision of local information and details of special services likely to be needed by guests
- Having a complete operational knowledge of the hotel, including geographical layout, services provided, personnel structure/duties and security.
- Responsibility for the overall cleanliness of the Front Office and external public areas
- To assist in maintaining the security of the hotel and controlling entry to the premises in compliance with licensing regulations.
- Having a full knowledge and understanding of the Hotel Fire and Evacuation Procedures

**Experience we are looking for**:

- To have worked in a hotel or accommodation services business
- To be able to work in a fast paced environment and to enjoy it
- To be able to work independently, being self motivated to complete the tasks.
- Flexibility
- to enjoy working night shifts, seeing the operation on different days of the week including the weekends.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
