The Project

As an M&E Design Coordinator you will work closely with the design team on numerous projects including new build accommodation and commercial buildings across the North West. You will review, negotiate and recommend during the approval / disapproval stages of design change orders and liaise with the wider team to ensure design and plans are adhered to.

Duties
- Assisting with client orders
- Working with procurement and logistics
- Helping implement health and safety policies
- Working closely with the supply chain and clients
- Coordinating training sessions for staff on new projects
- Organising schedules for installations and maintenance
- Handling reports for defects and coordinating site surveys
- Tracking project progress to identify and resolve any issues that arise
- Ensuring projects finish on time, including system commissioning and testing
- Providing internal and client-facing technical support, particularly for troubleshooting
- Assisting in ensuring the quality of work meets company standards and client expectations
- Handling paperwork for projects such as drawings, technical details, timesheets, and reports
