Join Maintenance at one of our six world class manufacturing sites to play a crucial role in delivering our portfolio of active pharmaceutical ingredients addressing a wide population of patients. You will be responsible for leading a team that deliver planned and preventative maintenance work enabling the safety, productivity and efficiency of the plant and broader facilities.

**Your Responsibilities**

**You will**:

- Create and schedule maintenance, ensuring the compliance of facilities, utilities, and equipment with flexibility to respond to urgent requests. You will also create risk assessments and method statements.
- Lead, coach and manage technicians, ensuring their training is up to date and that they deliver on KPIs, follow SOPs, meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Deputize for the Engineering and Maintenance Manager where required and represent the maintenance team at key meetings.
- Take accountability for the shift and decision making, ensuring you build strong relationships across departments.

The EUROAPI Haverhill (UK) site has been established for forty years, located fifteen miles east of Cambridge and sixty miles north of London, within the golden triangle. It employs over 250 people and has built a strong reputation in Flow Chemistry, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) Spray Drying and as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CDMO). Haverhill is proud to house the world’s largest, continuous production, pharmaceutical spray dryer and performs secondary packaging and release activities for oncology and rare disease medicines supporting global markets. The site also offers a contract testing and release facility within its laboratories.

**Our Requirements**

Leadership and supervisory experience - taking ownership in this role and developing others to ensure success is essential.

Qualifications to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in an engineering discipline; Mechanical, or Electrical is preferred.

Systems experience including Microsoft 365 and maintenance systems (SAP PM for example). Confident in maintaining documentation according to regulatory and compliance standards. Experience in the pharmaceutical (GxP), chemicals or energy sectors would highly be beneficial.

Shift Working - you will work a shift pattern of 06:00-14:15pm or 13:45-22:00 with weekend cover on standby on rotation.
