**Maintenance Handyperson **required for large commercial site near Romney Marsh in Kent

£35,000 plus holidays and company pension

Days - Full time permanent job.

**Main purpose of job**:
To work as part of the on site building maintenance team, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance and repair work such as very basic plumbing, very basic joinery, grounds maintenance, replacing light bulbs, fixing doors and windows, basic painting work and other straightforward maintenance and repair work.

**All applicants must have the following**:

- Previous experience as a handyperson or maintenance and repair person
- Experience of basic plumbing and basic carpentry repair
- Experience of basic painting work
- General maintenance and repair experience
- Romney Marsh - Kent

£35,000 per annum - permanent job - days - Romney Marsh in Kent
