**THE ROLE**
As a Physiotherapy Assistant at a Barchester care home, you will work under the guidance of the Physiotherapist to make sure our residents get the most of out of life by helping them to reach their best possible physical condition. **ABOUT YOU**
To join us as a Physiotherapy Assistant youll need to have empathy, dedication and a can-do attitude. You will need NVQ 2 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care, or be willing to work towards this qualification. With exposure to so many different areas of care, you will have the opportunity to build on your skills. Above all, youll have a person-centred approach which means you always deliver the highest standards of care and support.
