An exciting opportunity has been created through new investment to develop the service and the offer within Solihull Early Intervention.

Solihull Early Intervention provides a service, 7 days per week for those who are experiencing a first episode of Psychosis and also those Young people who are at Risk of developing Psychosis (ARMS).

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, self-motivated care co-ordinator to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering evidence based interventions across the full age range.

Applications are invited from a variety of professional back grounds to contribute to the expert knowledge and experience that already exists within the team.

To be responsible in the role of a care co-ordinator for the assessment and coordination of the care needs.
- To plan and implement evidence based care/interventions to service users who are experiencing a first episode of Psychosis.
- To work as part of the Multi
- Disciplinary team providing professional advice and support to colleagues both within and outside of the service.
- To work in a team approach and support colleagues when requires with day to day tasks. - To act up as role of team manager in their absence (as appropriate)
- To act as a role model and resource for junior staff, students and less experienced staff.
- To advocate for the service users who are under the care of Solihull Early Intervention.
- To work closely with the client group and their families to resolve any issues that may be detrimental to them.
- To promote recovery and hope within the client group that we work with.
