Full time Receptionist wanted for a busy NHS/Private Dental Practice in Cardiff City Centre. Established for over 40 years located in the heart of Cardiff City Centre, Hywel Samuel Golate is a new, purpose built facility offering a fresh, modern and safe dental experience to all its patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with good patient communication skills to join our friendly team. Dental or medical experience is desirable but not necessary as full training will be given.

The clinic has excellent reputation among the community which is reflected in the high standards of service we provide.

The job role will be based around meeting and greeting patients, booking appointments, answering the phone, among other administrative duties assigned by Practice Manager.

A work pension is available.

**Salary**: To be discussed at interview depending on experience.

**Job Duties**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients
- Answering phone calls
- Managing the dairy
- Administration duties
- Completion of All relevant NHS Documentation (PRW’s, MH,)
- Taking and processing Payments to correct dentist and scheme
- Upsell Private Treatments and Discuss Payplan Hygiene Services
- Understand Interest free Finance
- Passing any information onto relevant persons
- Cancellations, reminders, Key forms are being sent to patients
- Chasing Recalls
- Scanning any documentation
- Dealing with PM, Head receptionists requests or queries
- Attend and contribute to team meetings

**Salary**: From £20,380.36 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
