Job Title: Project Coordinator

Reports to: Projects Team Manager

Job purpose:
Provide support to the Sales, Commercial and Delivery teams, handling customer and internal requests in an efficient way to add value and exceed client satisfaction.

Key accountabilities:
Customer Service
- Conduct calls professionally and efficiently.
- Be polite and methodical in how you handle colleague and customer enquiries, efficiently gathering the information required at the first opportunity.
- Be proficient in all internal systems, storing and retrieving information with ease and in a way that makes it easy for colleagues and customers.

Order Handling
- Process client orders, identifying the correct price list items and promptly raising quotes. See these jobs through to completion and invoicing.
- Administer client price lists as directed by the Project or Account Manager, making sure they are comprehensive and current.

Project Support
- Assist Project Managers in the efficient delivery of projects, liaising with clients and colleagues to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
- Administer non-complex projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and take responsibility for the delivery of established long-term projects setup by a Project Manager
- Analyse and understand technical documents, extracting information for dissemination into the project structure.
- Liaise with procurement, and suppliers when needed, to ensure on-time delivery and no project disruption.
- Conduct risk analyses
- Measure and report on project performance

Key skills and requirements:

- Proficient in MS Office, primarily Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail, both with data and visual drawings.
- Numerate and able to communicate concisely and coherently, verbally and in writing.
- You will be thorough and organised in all communication, storing and making information accessible to all stakeholders while delivering exceptional customer service to grow sales and aid retention.
- Have a resilient nature that thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing and sometimes challenging environment.
- Live within an commutable distance from the office.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Maintenance of customer satisfaction levels.
- Accuracy of paperwork.
- Ability to adapt and prioritise a continually varied workload.
- Project analysis to check budget, spec and timing adherence.
- Ability to recognise risks or project concerns before they materialise to the Projects Team Leader.
- Be part of, and positively contribute to an established amazing dedicated and committed team.

Details:

- Hours of Work: 8:30am to 5:00pm / Monday to Friday
