Due to our continued growth within the industry and a higher demand for our technical solutions, we are faced with the exciting prospect of welcoming a new customer support specialist to our team of dedicated, friendly technical support specialists.

You will work as part of our customer support team to help resolve queries and conduct technical troubleshooting. Your role will centre around prioritising customer issues as per our ticketing system, taking ownership of and resolving said queries. This will be achieved whilst maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service which we pride ourselves on.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:

- Remotely accessing customers' PCs and rectifying technical issues
- Remotely accessing customer machines to rollout software updates
- Escalating technical issues to management and working with others within the company to resolve technical issues and answer customer queries
- Assisting customers in using the vehicle diagnostic software
- Referring to our ticketing system to manage workloads and resolve incoming technical queries
- Loading software and upgrading existing computer equipment as per customer requirements
- Building upon our existing internal database of known solutions and recording them
- Good phone manner able to build relationships with customer
- Passion for computer systems and technology (hardware and software)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A strong background in IT
- Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system
- Strong problem-solving skills & investigative thinking
- Able to adapt to a fast pace, busy environment
- Ability to manage workloads and multi-task

Preferred Qualifications, skills & attributes:

- A qualification in IT (Level 3 upwards or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Interest in vehicles

**Salary**: £21,500.00-£24,500.00 per year
