**Main duties**
- Site visits: Conduct regular visits of assigned sites and ensure compliance with Enigma protocols.

Shift Supervision: Oversee and coordinate the activities of CCTV personnel during assigned shifts to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain a high level of service.

Staff Training and Development: Train, mentor, and evaluate CCTV personnel to ensure they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their duties effectively. Provide ongoing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patrol activities, incidents, and shift reports. Generate incident reports, logs, and any other relevant documentation as required.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, addressing any concerns or inquiries and maintaining a customer-oriented approach at all times.

Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CCTV operations. Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement innovative solutions.
