To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and CAD software
- Knowledge of tooling and machining processes
- Familiarity with plastics injection molding is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
