RMS are currently recruiting for a great opportunity for a **Dresser/Finisher** to join a well-established and growing Sheet Metal Fabrication Company.

Initially you will work on the day shift to undertake a period of training, following which you will move onto a 2-shift rotation (Early & Late Shift) with early finishes on a Friday. Please note: 3-Shift Rotation (Early, Lates & Nights) may be introduced later in the year.
- Electric grinders
- Pneumatic grinders
- Pad sanding tools

- Overtime paid at 1.5 of day rate Mon - Sat, 2.0 of day rate for Sunday
- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Death in Service Insurance of 2 x salary - from day 1

The responsibilities of this role will be mostly dressing welds on components of various shapes and sizes ready for painting. In some instances, parts are left with a dressed finish so must be of a high standard. Experience of working to and understanding engineering drawings is desirable but not essential.

This is a **permanent position** and the salary is £11 per hour while training on day shift and then increases to £13.20 per hour on shift rotations.
