**PA / Administrator - Stamford**

We are looking for an motivated and enthusiastic administrator to support our regional head of land Management and a team of property consultants at our Stamford office. You will be responsible for a range of administrative, analytical and organisational tasks and will take a lead role in marketing activities for the team and office. The role is expected to be 20 - 30hrs per week, office based, Monday to Friday.

**In this role you will be**:

- Organising, planning, supporting and prioritising activities and diary commitments for senior director and the wider property team.
- Meeting and greeting visitors, attending meetings and taking minutes as appropriate
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
- Preparing and managing invoicing and other financial information
- Taking ownership of the regional marketing activities including preparing fortnightly newsletters and other marketing material and managing our client relationship management system
- A broad range of administrative duties to assist in the overall performance of the team including database management, spreadsheets, dictation and systems.

- Accuracy and attention to detail
- A high proficiency working with Outlook, MSTeams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Good communication skills.
- The ability to use your own initiative and to work proactively to meet deadlines
- Confidentiality and use of discretion
