Forklift Driver

**FULL TIME FORKTRUCK DRIVER / WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED**

Based at our Crumlin depot, this is a full time, 9-5 position with some overtime required.

Job duties

As Forklift Driver you'll be responsible for moving goods, loaded pallets and equipment safely and securely. Loading and unloading trailers, ensuring goods are secured safely.

In addition to driving forklifts, you will be required to take care of the administration of goods coming in and out of the warehouse, along with stock control. Duties as follows:

- Ensure that all procedures are followed correctly.
- Ensure an accurate inventory is maintained, communicate irregularities effectively
- Accurately record daily inventory to ensure invoicing is correct without error
- Liaise with staff to resolve any issues regarding the day to day operation
- Ensure accurate Transport documentation is maintained and costs are correct in accordance with the tariffs and rates
- Ensure customer shipment requirements are monitored and adhered too
- Ensure invoicing is carried out accurately, without error, and within the set time frames
- Liaise and effectively communicate with the Manager / customers on all matters and all problems/irregularities are reported as soon as possible
- Liaise with staff and customers to ensure effective communication regarding the day to day operation
- Ensure all tasks are completed correctly and on time within the boundaries of customer delivery requirements

Skills & requirements
- Experienced forktruck driver with valid forktruck license
- Computer Literate with the ability to use Excel and Word
- Knowledge of both warehouse and office practices
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Be able to work accurately with good attention to detail
- Be able to work as part of a team

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Crumlin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Forktruck license (required)
