**Packer/Order Processor**

Packer/Order Processor required to work for the mail order side of our classic car business. The role will require you to pack parcels to a high standard to ensure car parts arrive undamaged. The goal is to maintain the high class customer service we are renowned for. Training will be provided.

Robsport International is a classic car restoration and parts company, established in 1989, and based in a village on the South Cambs/North Herts border.

There is also the potential to develop the role, to help with other office duties such as processing orders from our website and eBay shops.

Previous experience in order processing/despatch is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided. This role reports directly to our Office Manager.

**Principle Responsibilities**
- To ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- To answer telephone calls from customers as necessary
- To process orders from our online eBay shop and website, once trained
- To accurately pick orders, pack orders and prepare for despatch
- To complete stock checks, re-stocking and making up of parts kits
- To drive to local suppliers to deliver or collect goods

**Additional Responsibilities**

The duties below are shared amongst our small team (currently 5 people), for which we take collective responsibility:

- To clean, prep and paint parts for cars we are restoring
- To clean cars prior to customer collection
- General site maintenance - this will include cleaning of office/tea room/bathroom, and building maintenance, repair, clearing gutters, painting etc.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and an ability to undertake tasks without error
- Good communication skills, written and verbal
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- IT literate and confident in using computers
- Hard working, motivated, reliable individual
- Able to work at a good pace, in a safe manner - we are **very** busy for 9+ months of the year
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Physically able to lift and carry all sized parts safely

Hours of work 8.30am to 5.30pm weekdays full-time (part-time will be considered - hours by negotiation).

In return we can offer you a salary of £11.50 per hour, and 28 days holiday per annum, including Bank Holidays. You will also be required to work some Saturdays 9am-1pm by prior arrangement - overtime will be paid in addition for this.
