Main duties:
Reporting to the Senior Machinist you will assist in the manufacturing (sewing) of the companies products to a high standard. This is not piece-work and we place great emphasis on quality work over fast work. We require our machinists to work with care and attention and reflect this in their work.
- From Heavy Duty Sewing to soft furnishings (industrial walking foot machines and flatbeds etc.) An interesting and varied workday.
- Working to a tight production schedule.
- Following verbal and written (English) instructions correctly
- Previous experience of heavy-duty sewing is essential
- Used to some moderate lifting (3kg for example)
