Barista/all Rounder

Old Buckenham Country Park, a picturesque destination known for its natural beauty and community-focused activities, is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a hub for locals and visitors alike, we are dedicated to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, accompanied by exceptional coffee and service.

Position Overview: As a Barista at Old Buckenham Country Park, you will be a vital part of our hospitality team, creating delightful coffee experiences for our guests. We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual who can contribute to the unique charm of our park and ensure that every cup served enhances the overall visitor experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Greet and assist customers with menu selections, providing information about our offerings from the cafe and knowledge on other offerings the park has such as camping, glamping stays.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Handle customer transactions, process payments, and maintain an organized cash register.
- Keep the coffee service area clean and well-stocked with supplies.
- Engage with customers, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Qualifications:

- Previous barista or customer service experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and familiarity with different coffee beans.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.

**Salary**: £6.40-£11.44 per hour
