High performers will have the opportunity to receive their final year fees fully expensed as well as the potential for a full time position with Lidl Northern Ireland upon graduation.

What you'll need
- Expected to be on track for at least a 2:1
- Be on a course which offers a sandwich year placement
- Full UK driving license
- Open minded and willing to learn at a fast pace
- Interest in Retail and/or Logistics
- Fluent in English
