Looking for an experienced Herdsperson to join our team at Town Head Farm on the Lowther Estate near Penrith. This is a 300 cow Autumn block calving operation providing milk through Arla. This is a fantastic opportunity to be one of the first to work with our brand new 24/48 Waikato parlour with new dairy and handling facilities.

The right person will be punctual, have good organisation skills and fantastic attention to detail alongside a willingness to learn and work closely with the team on farm and across our wider business. It is a great chance for someone to further upskill themselves working with our experienced manager and central team.

Continual training and development opportunities are provided and success in this role could lead to a bigger role either on this farm or at one of our other sites around the country, following in the footsteps of previous employees.

Competitive salary based on knowledge and experience. Shared accommodation is potentially available on site in this beautiful area of the Lake District.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
