**Sales and Marketing Assistant**

Established in 2001 Giftworks is one the UK’s leading importers of gifts and toys serving the Leisure industry throughout the UK.

**As a sales & marketing assistant, your role will include**:

- Manage and promoting our social media platforms, creating content to post and replying to comments and messages.
- Create marketing content and quotes for customers.
- Help grow our quickly expanding online sales with eBay and develop other online stores.
- Photographing new products and editing them ready for our website & sales software.
- Assisting the administration work for our national accounts.

Your main role as a Sales and Marketing assistant will be developing our social media presence and building our online stores.

You will be expected to regularly post on our social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram & Facebook to keep Giftworks active and present on social media. Creating product videos or image posters using software such as Photoshop.

Also, using Adobe software such as Photoshop & Indesign you will create marketing content for our sales reps to send to our customers which will mainly be showcasing new products which also could be used on social media.

With being a small team, all employees are expected to assist with general office duties when required.

**Hours**

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5 pm.
40 minute lunch break. 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays. Some days do have to be kept back for the Christmas shutdown period. (which is normally 2 week shutdown)

This is an office based job only.

**Experience**

Training and assistance will be given but experience in any of the below is desirable although not essential:

- Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
- Social Media
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Adobe Photoshop & Indesign

**Skills**
- Strong administration skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly
- Must be able to work well under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,995.00-£23,795.00 per year
