Liquid Friday is looking for two motivated and ambitious Apprentice Sales Advisors.

We’re one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, delivering payroll, workforce management and accountancy services to UK contractors and employers. Liquid Friday has an exceptional history of supporting apprentices and has successfully employed all successful previous apprentices.

This is a fast-paced, dynamic role so requires someone who is a self-starter and enjoys a challenge. The Sales Advisor will need to ensure that exceptional customer care is at the heart of everything they do.

**Your duties will include**:

- Customer retention calls
- Complete regular customer service check in calls with customers
- Provide customers with offers and incentives based on their needs
- Collaborate with other teams
- Update companies CRM
- Contribute towards projects

**Education/Experience Requirements**
- GCSE English & Maths (A-C)
- Motivated and confident individual
- Sales Experience _(Desired)_

**What training will you receive and what qualification will you get at the end?**

This is a great opportunity to gain a Level 2, 3 or 4 Business Administration or Customer Service qualification whilst working within an exciting and growing business. Liquid Friday have a strong record of employing 100% of Apprentices who have successfully passed their qualification seeing many of our previous Apprentice’s moving into new and exciting roles; including, Payroll, Facilities Management, Finance & Marketing. 100% of apprentices have agreed to stay with Liquid Friday, some have been promoted into Senior roles within their teams. Others have requested to move into other areas of the business. Successes include Lewis, who is now Head of Payroll with a team of 10 and Dan, who is our Head of Marketing with a team a 3.

Pay: £14,300.00 per year
