Elevation Accountancy & Finance are proud to be working in partnership with a thriving business, located in York, who are looking to expand their finance function with the addition of a capable and hardworking Finance Co-Ordinator on a 12 month Fixed-Termcontract on a remote basis
Reporting to the Financial Controller and Senior Project Accountant, this role will sit within the finance department and support the project finance team. Helping to deliver accurate and timely production of accounts, and supporting the wider business.
This opportunity is great for an experienced finance assistant to join a growing company.
The duties of the role will include:

- Raising project purchase orders and sending to suppliers
- Monitor and maintain finance inbox
- Project purchase ledger input and collating of information for external monitoring officer
checks
- Credit card and expenses checking and input
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Project admin support and ad-hoc tasks
- Project information collating for external monitoring officer checks
Experience required:

- Enthusiastic, self-motivated
- Attentive to detail
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Experience in an Agri-tech/Government Funding environment ideal
- Desire to work in a fast paced start-up
- Be proficient with MS Office, particularly excel
- Be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
