**TRAINEE CONVEYANCER**

**CHANDLERS FORD (CAN BECOME HYBRID AFTER COMPLETION OF PROBATION)**

**SALARY NEGOTIABLE EARLY £20,000s PLUS BONUS SCHEME**

My client are currently recruiting for Trainee Conveyancer to join their busy and successful Property team based in Chandlers Ford.

The role will involve providing all round support to the Team Conveyancers in all sale and purchase transactions. This will include audio typing and administrative support as well as assisting with any other tasks that may be reasonably required. The aim is for you to help proactively drive forward Conveyancing matters from instructions to exchange and completion by liaising with other parties in the chain and with conveyancers and agents.

In return you will join an open plan friendly team who are very supportive, everyone supports one another in the business with a view to being an all round successful team.

Competitive salaries are offered, bonus scheme, generous holiday plus birthday off. After 6 month probation completed this role can become a hybrid position, with 2 or 3 days being completed from home.
