Today we service over

30,000 customers, processing on average 5,000 orders per week and an estimated 5 million people going to work every day wearing a Badgemaster name badge.

The right person should be able to cope under pressure, handle high volumes of work and be able to work under their own initiative. A flexible approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines are also required.

**Duties will include**:

- Provide support to the cutting team.
- Utilise computer-controlled routers and engravers (Gravograph and Xenetech)
- Ensure that Health and Safety is always maintained.

**The right person for this role, must**:

- Have a ‘can do attitude’ and a willingness to learn.
- Be confident using IT
- Have a keen eye for colour and detail.
- Be able to meet deadlines set by the Production Supervisors and Manufacturing

Manager
- Able to communicate to other members of the team effectively.
- Be able to demonstrate dexterity in a fast-moving environment.
- Ensure quality consistency, productivity and delivery levels are met.

**Working hours**:
**36.5 Hours**

8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 3:30pm Friday _(Shift work could possibly be needed so the right person does need to be flexible
- Shift 1- 6:00am to 2:00pm and Shift 2-1:00pm to 10:00pm)_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
