Maintenance Assistant - Hotel serviced apartments

**What’s Involved?**
- Inspect property regularly to ensure it meets all Health and Safety standards and Regulations
- Conduct routine maintenance inspection in all areas of the Hotel premises and its equipment including but not limited to rooms, lobbies, both externally and internally and act immediately on any issues identified.
- Organise any repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests
- Act fast to resolve emergency issues (e.g. power outages, leaks)
- Ensure all preventative maintenance actions are performed timely.
- Handling of basic repairs and maintenance
- Diagnose any mechanical issues and correct them.
- Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as and when necessary.
- Complete all tasks and objectives set by your line manager and report daily on progress

To be successful in this role, you must be able to multitask effectively whilst delivering excellent customer service. Ideally you will have experience within a similar role.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
