Workshop Supervisor

**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and allocate the flow of work through the warehouse and workshop to make the best use of staff, equipment and other resources.
- Planning and managing the warehouse operations which involves the day-to-day activities of storage, receiving, dispatching, distribution, housekeeping and inventory control.
- Monitoring stock inventory.
- Monitoring & updating of incoming & outgoing goods.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the workshop/warehouse area.
- Monitor equipment movement in the warehouse.
- Ensure that pro-active planned maintenance is carry out on all machineries and equipment and that all workshop machineries and equipment are in good working condition for use.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues at all levels to ensure satisfactory information transfer.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
- Previous experience in oil and gas/lifting industry is desirable.
- Able to drive forklift with valid forklift license.
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Self-starter with initiative.
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: £25,958.10-£44,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Insch: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
