**About the role**

As a Gymnastics Assistant, you will assist the lead coach in being responsible for the customers throughout the duration of the class, ensuring that appropriate screening of customers is carried out and they are safe to participate, as well as maintaining records of attendance.

You will liaise with the lead coach in order to develop the opportunities to increase participation, along with assisting in providing innovative and engaging sessions to customers, ensuring safety at all times within a fun environment.

**About you**

We will look to you to use your motivational skills to encourage customers to maintain attendance and deliver consistently high standards of instruction to all customers so that everyone fulfils their potential.

You will need to hold a level one gymnastics qualification (or working towards) and have proof of continuous professional development.

You will also need to have insurance through the national governing body, and have a good knowledge and understanding of general health and safety policies.
