**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
You will be required to support 6 individuals with ages between 19-66 years old in their home which is a large bungalow located in Roker, Sunderland.

All of the people we support have their own likes and dislikes, a few of the things they enjoy are shown below.
- Getting out in their local community, such as Stack, Cinema and meals out.
- keeping in touch with family
- Attending Butterfly world
- Arts & Crafts and Gardening

Our staff team are great, and they support the people we support to:

- Maintain their homes
- Complete personal care
- Moving around their homes.
- Enjoy an active social life Planning trips away and holidays.

Most importantly remembering the people we support need to be included in any daily decisions and encouraged to be as independent as possible. We need our staff members to support the people we support to live their Best lives Possible.
