Operations Coordinator

Key Duties and Accountabilities:
- Meetings for labour - liaising with managers and inputting jobs to be completed.
- Keeping an eye on new jobs coming in and if someone is nearby seeing if works could get attended to/completed.
- Making sure materials get ordered for quoted works.
- On call rota - in charge of sorting / arranging / communicating it to relevant people.
- Management of the Company vehicle fleet to include, servicing, MOTs, vehicle tax, mileage checks, fuel cards, breakdown cover and appropriate Health and Safety documentation retained in vehicles.
- PAT testing completion.
- Taking inbound calls from clients, Operatives and subcontractors and making outbound calls to the mentioned.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Be able to navigate around portals systems for clients (training will be given).
- Develop and understanding of the contracts, specifications, and pricings.
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Have excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work as a team player, but also with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Good sense of Geography for plannings of work.
**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
