**Sales Designer /Sales Person - Guildford c30k + OTE**

Looking for an experienced salesperson / designer or Kitchen sales designer for a high-profile blue-chip brand.
This premium brand is looking for a strong salesperson to deliver against KPI targets and the ambition to build a career within a company that is renowned as an excellent place to work.
If you have auto-cad experience, or experience of other design programmes this can be beneficial, however full training will be given.
It is essential that you must have a full driving licence and use of your own car for this role.
**The Role**:
Utilising your experience of selling you will have a passion for achieving KPI’s, delivering targets.
Attention to detail is key, as you will be responsible for taking high value orders, mistakes could be costly for the bottom line, you must be able to listen to your customer’s needs and place orders accordingly making sure that the final product is what hasinitially been sold.
Customer management is key, as well as having the ability to see things through to completion, project managing the process from design to installation, plus quality control.
You must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, high-profile environment, managing multiple projects at the same time.
You must have had some experience working with finance, understanding the creation of the deal, building the sale, then following through to completion of the sale, delivery of the product and quality control.
**The Person**:
You must have a passion for selling and can succeed within a target related environment, where sales are rewarded with huge earning potential, with uncapped bonuses, and excellent incentives throughout the year.
Your main purpose is to provide our customers with an exceptional customer experience from end to end, and you will achieve this by demonstrating passion about the product that you sell.
You must be inspiring and engaging within your team dynamic to deliver the highest level of service whilst working in a fun, friendly, atmosphere.
You will have trade or retail experience as a salesperson in a high-profile environment but you will have the aspiration to want to grow your knowledge within your role to develop your personal skill set.
You will have a focus to learn and keep up to date with product knowledge so that you can be fully informed when talking to your customers, and be aware of industry trends so that you can give a fully focused sales experience.
