**About the role**

Are you an experienced and ambitious film and photography producer looking for your next challenge?

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our creative team as a full time Film and Photography Producer. As part of the charity’s in-house Creative team, you’ll create cutting edge, bold and compelling film content that will help to deliver on our long term strategy and create positive change across the communities we support with our work.

With a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience under your belt, you’ll perform all aspects of film production from ideation through to delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across the organisation and throughout the Parkinson’s community to find and develop emotive and powerful stories, and ultimately, improve the lives of people affected by Parkinson’s.

**What you’ll do**:

- Perform all aspects of film production, from idea development and scriptwriting, through filming to editing and colour grading.
- Create engaging, bold and cutting edge film content that builds and pushes our messages, ensuring we portray a diverse range of experiences.
- Deliver film and photography projects on time, on spec. and on budget to the highest possible level.
- Thrive as part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative Creative team, with the ability to work independently when required.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of proven hands-on experience delivering high quality, engaging and innovative video content across digital channels either working in-house or agency
- Proficiency in video editing software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, good understanding of colour grading processes and other Adobe Creative Cloud Software (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign). Desirable: proficiency in colour grading software, specifically Davinci Resolve Studio.
- Experience in operating industry standard cameras e.g. Canon C300, Alexa Mini, Sony a7S.
- Creative flair, ambition and drive to produce meaningful change and impact across the community we work with.
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts and ideas engagingly
