We are recruiting for Part-Time Behaviour Support Workers to provide additional support to students at secondary and further education establishments in the Huddersfield area.

**About the role**:
We are currently recruiting for Part-Time Behaviour Support Workers to provide additional support interventions to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in Secondary and Further Education environments. The posts are to start April 2023 and will be on a long-term basis.

Support will be based in small groups or on a 1:1 basis. The position would include liaising with colleagues and outside agencies to ensure the correct support is in place for identified learners.

The role would be ideal for anyone with experience working with young people and who would like to transfer their skills into the classroom where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of the students.

Over 10 years we have built long-standing relationships with secondary schools and further education establishments across the Kirklees area.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Part-Time Behaviour Support Worker you will:

- Have significant experience working with young people with learning difficulties, behaviour difficulties or disabilities
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
- Have the willingness to undertake any relevant training
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Support Workers

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- previous experience working with young people.
