We have opportunities for full time permanent **Anti-Social Behaviour Officer** to join our team in the North Hampshire & Surrey Locality.

This is a permanent role with a starting salary of £30,000 to £35,000 depending on your experience.

**The role**:
You'll be responsible for the delivery of a responsive and proactive service to our residents to tackle all forms of hate crime, neighbour nuisance and anti-social behaviour. Working alongside housing management colleagues you'll effectively management your caseload and take forward the highest priority cases. You'll also make and maintain effective working relationships with external agencies, including the police and legal advisors.

**What you'll need**:

- Experience dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour, non-legal remedies and legal remedies
- The ability to work closely with local authorities, police and other agencies to pursue appropriate legal action
- An understanding of preparing cases and witness statements for county court hearings,
- Experience of dealing with challenging behaviour and a sound knowledge of civil and criminal legislation
- A commitment to delivering good customer service.

You'll be required to travel so you must have access to a car and a full UK driver's license
